Japanese fiancee
Hi, I am thinking about marrying my Japanese fiancee sometime this year. I don't know much about immigration procedures. What is the best way for us to go about making sure that we're all set on the road for her permanence in the USA?
We met 2 years ago in NYC, she is now here on a student visa and will soon graduate from school. After school she will have OPT status and can stay here for up to one year after graduation.
