California felon fiance
California
my child's father and my fiance was removed from detention and sent back to his birth place of Bolivia. He just got released from prison on nov 3 2008 after 4 years for a estate/ real estate fraud case. he went in as a permanent resident. can we get married and he can come back???? help please |

It will not be easy.
That record will be a serious problem. meet with immigration counsel or email world law on their home page and arrange all details to be reviewed, and see if a hardship exception etc. might be arranged. Odds would not seem great I am afraid. |
