aussie waiting for K3 visa
Hello i am from Australia and have married a US citizen in August this year. We filed for a spousal visa in September. He is living in the US and i am waiting on the visa to go over.
I was wanting to know how long the process usually takes? Also am i allowed to visit as a tourist? I am wanting to go over for a holiday. |
