please help

i am an American citizen ,i married an Egyptian girl 9 years ago ,and i have 3 kids from her [they all American] .one year after the marriage we applied for immigrant visa and she got a conditional green card [from the usa embassy in Cairo Egypt],we went to USA and lived there for 2 years but before we remove the condition from her green card we came back to Egypt and we stayed in Egypt ever since for almost 5 years .now we want to go back to the states to send our kids to school there and to settle down there too .my question now should we revive my wife,s old case , should we apply to a k3 visa ,or what should we do [specially we have to do it fast to be able to send my kids to school next year ] thanx
