Question Entered the US with a b1/b2 visa...

Hi, my fiancee and I originally planned on getting married June 09. But she came to visit me and entered the US with a tourist visa and after being here with me for 3 months now we are playing with the idea of "why wait?" If we did get married now, how long would it take to adjust her status after we file? What are some of the problems we would face?

Thank you in advance.
