if my american boyfriend came to the uk (on a visitors visa) and we were married, then filed for a k3 visa, would i be able to fly back with him to the usa, what problems would we face.

Often you would then have to wait for your visa to be approved...e.g. three to five months.
Have immigration counsel review your details and plans before acting. It may save you a good deal of time and headache. |

when i go to the usa, if my boyfriend (usa) and i (uk) where married in mexico, then filed the i-130, could i stay in the usa on my tourist visa (i belive its 3/6 months) and continue the k3 prosses or would we be better of going with the k1. i suppose we are trying to see which is the quickest way to get through the visa processe. than you.
