EEK! harasssment on the job

A few months back I was hurt on the job. unloading heavy crates off a truck. I work with elderly women. But they don't do any of the heavy lifting. And I"m a female younger than they are,but only by about 3 years. Well there were only the 2 of us that unloaded truck, and she would cart the crates into the store after I unloaded them onto the dolly. And on a certain day I pulled my back. So I immeadiately went up and told my superviser of this. and told her to note it. But in hind site I had been unloading this truck for a year and a half every other day. with about 1700 pounds of product on it. Then when I pulled my back, I didin't go to the doctor , because I thought you know I'll set on the heating pad, take hot baths. And it will be fine, Well it wasn't I've been to chiropactors and doctors and now a spine specealist. And my hours have been cut down to 6 hours a day, I had no choice i'm in so much pain,Then after I got the results from the spine doctor I have 2 bulging disk. And don't know how long I"m going to be out of work. I have 2 coworkers at work that have been making snid remarks about workmanscomp.and I wish I knew how to go about taking care of this. I"m tired from all the pain,And also when these 2 ladys knew I was going to be unloading the truck alone mostly, they would double order. Now that I'm hurt they have been making all kinds of snide remarks. And even my lead supervisior had also. I was just wondering what I could do about this,I know its going to be a long road mending from these 2 buldging disk. And when my lead makes out the schedule she always gives everyone 2 days off in a row. and knowing that I am hurt , she always gives my day 1 at a time , for instance, the doctor put me off from work for 9 days, when I went back to work she put me back on the schedule for 9 days straight, to funny huh.
I'm never late to work and when I'm there I work as hard as the next guy, so on my yearly review she said I didn't meet standards on any thing. How should I go about resolving this issue.
