Default harassement due to work related injury!!

i got injured on the job back in october,,since then ive seen chiropractor 6 times,physican 5 times,sports medicine specialist 8times,MRIs,and now spine specialist, and it looks like im in for some very unpleasant days ahead,,THE PROBLEM IS: Since this all originated,,my supervisor and other employees have constantly made references about my accident to make fun of me..EXAMPLE,,,fellow worker cut her finger on a cardboard box and told my supervisor,we were all standing around,and supervisor said,,OF FINE,,IM SURE YOUR GONNA WANNA FILE A INJURY REPORT NOW HUH? the other day,,,another worker told another supervisor,,ive recieved a paper cut.The other supervisor told them,,,OH GOOD,,IM SURE YOUR GONNA WANNA FILE A WORKERS COMP CLAIM NOW..in front of me,,,i said nothing,,but,,this is begining to become a ,,MAKE FUN OF ME SITUATION,,its hard enough dealing with the discomfort daily,,now i have to deal with degrading implications as a part of my daily job description.

You could consult your nearest Department of Labor office to briefly discuss the issue with them first...you may also want to ask the company to put what is happening in writing and explain to them that you may have attorneys review the situation...try speaking to a higher level of management about the issue; they may override the other managers. If none of these efforts resolves the issue, let us know.
