Default GOING POSTAL

I work for the U.S.Postal Service. In the last 2 1/2 years we have been constantly nitpicked, harrassed, and threatened. We have had discipline handed down on many of us that was total lies. We have filed numerous EEOC
cases which we lost. (The postal Service investigates itself) Recently one of the untouchable supervisors has said to four individuals(with witnesses). that he would get us no matter what it takes. He said" if you fire enough lead your bound to hit something" meaning if he keeps writing us up enough will stick to get us terminated. He does this to blacks, whites, male and female, veterans and non-veterans without any penalty. the climate in the Postal Service now is at the level when the major postal killings occured in the late 80's. 47 to be exact. We do not want this but it is inevitable that somewhere in the U.s. this will occur sooner than later. What can we do to stop this. There has got to be a legal remedy for this. Any suggestions will help as we will not give in, give up, or be stepped on. ever thanks

It would seem that if several of you write up what is happening he would be investigated by higher managers.

Your voices together will be hard for him to overcome.
