Default need advice soon

I have a hostile environment at work, i am a software eng.
I was told by my manager in private conversations at times that I should not send e-mails to defend myself. There is cast a bad light on me at times but I have no proof except some e-mails.
I was asked if I want to attend a course that teach you how to deal with anger, stress, manage emotions.
I said that I consider myself a normal person and when I talk I have arguments and do not show emotions but on the other hand I would go if my managers tells me to do that because I usually follow managers directions, at times I am given orders that could affect my reputation.
Once I told to one of the management people that my father is sick and after that they used it against me as beeing stressed and sent me an e-mail to go to the Human Reasources.
I replied that I said in my private conversation that because I have responsibilities with my father beeing sick and me taking care of him I would be very careful to do my job. Now they say that I do my job but I worry to much and try to build a case on that other people cannot work with me.
I was given only until Monday time to communicate my decision.
I have the feeling that they are setting me a trap, when they told me they were very happy with that.
In private conversations they told me that if they do not like me they will not work with me and me to be careful, that I do not speak enough with other people although we are hired for working not socializing, I tried my best but they are not happy anyway.

Please give me an advice if I should refuse that training and if that could be used in court against me.
I have a deadline for Monday 12 November to tell them my decision
thank you

The training itself will not be used against you.

It may be interesting...
