sheila gredzinski Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 1	Exhausted! My sister works at self serve gas station, she gets NO time off, not one day, is mandated a 12 hour day, every day. She was given a day off about ten days ago, and she was called in to work! The manager threatens her with termination is she doesn't work every day, is this legal??? Please help her, she hasn't even the time to file this complaint!
