While I worked for this company my boss, who is also one of three owners, would come into my office and stand next to me while I was sitting at my desk and "rub/scratch" his genitals over and over again while showing me somthing he wanted done or going over a report or even just standing there to discuss something. He was very rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. It was very uncomfortable and is the reason I decided to quit. Upon my hire I was given one week of vacation time available effective on my start date. When I resigned, I still had 29 hours of this time left and he refuses to pay me for it. What should I do about this, I dont think the guy should just be allowed to treat women this way?
