I have a co-worker that repeatedly calls me names. The names in and of themselves are irritating and he does it as maliciously as possible. When I tell him to stop he just becomes more persistent. I don\'t know if I should approach human resources or not.

You certainly can.
Though that is not actually illegal it certainly violates all reasonable workplace guidelines and HR will take some kind of action. |
