Sexual Relationship with maid- possible legal implications.

I've hired a live-in maid with whom I've an ongoing sexual relationship. Although there hasn't been any problems in this relationship, is there some way I protect myself against any (possible) legal liability (i.e if she sues me claiming sexual harassment or something else)?

Can I make her sign some sort of a contract / a waiver / a document of some sort.

She can always make that claim no matter what she signs.

Best to end the the job or the sex frankly...there is a high chance that that is not going to have a good ending...

The best solution if you're worried about legal implications is to simply drop the "housekeeper" status and call her your live in girlfriend. Problem solved.
