Do I have any rights?

I have endured harrassing behavior from my lead and supervisor for several months. It's not based on age, religion, race, etc. I'm likely getting fired in 60-days but I would like to know if I have any protection from clear harrassment.

They called me into their office for a performance review and referred to a large file "supervisor's filie" many times. They refused me access to the file and stated it was confidential. They also accused me in writing of having a sexual relationship with a co-worker. The person is a co-worker and a friend but there is no sexual relationship. He is actually in a relationship and these accusations have caused us both pain and humiliation that managment is encouraging sexual based rumors.

Do I have any recourse for these actions?

You could consult your nearest Department of Labor office to briefly discuss the issue with them first...you may also want to ask the company to put what is happening in writing and explain to them that you may have attorneys review the situation...try speaking to a higher level of management about the issue; they may override the other managers. If none of these efforts resolves the issue, let us know.
