Unhappy Sex, Lies and Unclean Knives.

Ontario - This may seem to be a stupid question, but in today's day and age, anything could be legal and be without ethics or moral value.

I am very confused and stumped about this experience I had not long ago that I can't seem to wrap my head around why this took place and if it was legal and if I've been put in an uncompromising position.

I attended a job interview (that is if you call an interrogation an interview) a couple of weeks ago for a large, prominent Canadian company that had been experiencing some major downfalls recently, these downfalls are not due to the economy, but are instead the company's fault.

The interview came to a hault before it began. The male boss interviewer looked at me disgusted when he saw me, I extended my hand and smiled, said hello. He was insulted.
He then began to insult me (the HR person was sitting down taking notes the whole time).
The man began insulting my education (his tone was violently rude and his manner was hideous beyond imagination), when he asked what i was doing for work now, I began telling him and he cut me off, insisted that I was lying, I was a joke for working part time and going to school, He took me through my resume in a barbaric torturous manner that insulted my whole entire being. I could tell he was trying to test me. The only thing is, he was leading to me discuss racist terms when I began talking about certain business practices that I was learning in school. He was leading me to admit that I was a ***** and I slept with managers to move up the corporate ladder (because how could a woman such as myself with limited education have held management positions in the past), that I was lying about my jobs. He then began insisting that I mention as many companies and brand names of products while he was pretending to be nice to me and I did, boy did i ever. I got the impression that they were leading me to repeat company names as frequently as they could so that they could "get" something on me. My guess is that anything trade marked was being documented and now I am really worried.

Am I able to get in trouble for saying names of companies in an interview. Especially when they are leading me to say them. Both interviewers were bouncing back and forth, playing monkey in the middle with me and making a fool of me.

The prerequisite for this job from the first initial telephone screening interview was that the person in the role was to be comfortable working with an office full of men. This was stressed so much so that when I interviewd in person, the male interviewer insisted that I wear a wedding band and tell everyone I'm married. He also instructed me not to speak to any one of them and to work late to look up addresses on the internet for them, which they could do themselves, but they insist that I do it. This showed me they like to intimidate and have no respect.

It was confirmed that these men were sexually demented in that they could not respect a woman in the workplace and would tear her apart verbally, emotionally, and abuse her with sexual comments and innuendos all day long.

After reading the code of ethics, it says something in there about if an employee that perceives if someone else is doing something wrong, it be reported immediately to management. What that means to me is that anyone can say anything about you and they can fire you based on someone elses hear say. Is this legal?

I feel as though I was violated and intimidated and harrassed. Is what happened to me allowed in this country? Am I, as a woman, able to be protected by any laws? Do we as a society have to put up with these types of capitalist abusers and is there any way for me to approach this so I don't get screwed in the future. I am concerned if they could sue me for saying names of trade marked companies, and talking back to the interrogators from the interview. I was quite verbally mouthy and addressed with them that I disagreed with this behaviour, however, I was also extremely insulted by the male, so much so that I believe we exchanged a few words of complete dislike.
