Unhappy Harassment at work

I have been keeping a personal recording device at my job to hopefully protect myself from the harassment I have to deal with at work. I have several conversations on this device and was wondering if these are legal in a court of law. I placed this there because of threats and sexual comments being made. I have told my supervisors that this is occurring and nothing has happened. I believe the main problem is that all of the managers are male except for me. I am going to file with the EEOC but want to know if I can use the recordings as evidence. Please Help!!!

You best look up your states laws on this. Many list these recordngs as illegal. This means its you who could be in legal trouble not to mention you coud lose your job.

Email to your manager, keep all the evidence & documentation when file with EEOC ...

You will win the case....
Good Luck...
