Lightbulb Job Harassment (Tampa, Florida) cfey

I feel I have been falsely terminated from my previous employer. My previuos manager where I was employed was looking for reasons to take corrective actions against me. I was pulled into the office on false accusations. I went to my HR department on several different occasions to let them know what was going on and nothing was done. I even recieved an award the day that I was terminated from another manager. I want to know if there is anything that I can do about this situtation. The reason that I was giving for being terminated, was that I got loud with my manager. She had a statement from other employer's at the job. When I was called into the office I explained to the HR department that everything she said was untrue and I asked them could they asked my fellow employer's and the manager who had given me the award earlier that day to prove that it was untrue, but they would not ask and I was terminated on the spot.
Can you be terminated for that reason? Thanks

Yes you can. Look up "at will". Unless you have a contract or collective bargainning agreement that says other wise you can be fired at any time for any or no reason. Unless that firing violates law or the previous meant ocntracts its legal. Unfair yes but not illegal and therefore not actionable

Its better to consult with any professional attorneys and lawyers!! Get it soon!! By the way, have you heard of MiNeeds.com? It really simplifies finding affordable attorneys.
