Notice from AJ EEOC. Discovery \" the parties are required to initiate within 20 days of receipt of the Acknowledgement and Order, serving the opposing parties with all requests for written discovery.\" My question at what date dose the 20 days first start the day after receipt of the order? Exp A/O dated 16 Oct 08 and sent by FAX only & received late afternoon of the 16th Oct would the final day be 4 Nov or 5 Nov. ? I received a discovery request by e-mail dated the 5th Nov on the 6th of Nov. was this request untimely and late??
