Exp A/O dated 16 Oct 08 and sent by FAX only & received late afternoon of the 16th Oct would the final day be 4 Nov or 5 Nov. ? I received a discovery request by e-mail dated the 5th Nov on the 6th of Nov. was this request untimely and late??
