Unhappy harrassment or stalking?

I work at a company in ontario california. I am 34 year's old woman, married with a child. I recently discovered that one of my big bosses, a CFO in his 50's ( who is not my direct boss) has gone onto my pc and copied or tried to copy my music from my itune without asking me. It seems to have happened a month ago while i was not there. I discovered this when I opened my itune (which i rarely do) and found his name under where it says who's folder and all the songs i didn't recognized. It seems that he tried and failed (because i tunes don't let copy anyone else's music unless u have another softwear).
He joined the company about 6 months after I started working, and ever since he would ask me here and there to help him with his job even though i have a different boss and certain job tasks. Some of my co workers think that He has a thing for me from the way he looks and talks to me. One time I was on my vacation, he went to the HR and got my home phone and cell phone # and called me and asked me if I could help him with his work.
I am not sure what the right action to take. Now that I discovered that he went onto my PC without my permission for the reason that is not related to his or my work, I don't feel safe anymore. I changed my password from the default one and started locking my desk with my personal things. Should I confront him or should I talk to someone else?

Exclamation Re: harrassment or stalking?

You are Paranoid! Being a guy, I know that this behavious does not means that he has a "thing" for you. Stop amusing yourself that people are "After" you. Guys do copy music from PC's and that does not mean that he is interested in you.
Also so WHAT? If he copied some music from your PC. I have Itunes on my PC plus my own bank of songs which my female and male colleague also copy from me even I am not around. Shall I assume that all those women are also interested in me?
Get a life as even if you are thinking of suing him for the sake of money, You won't get anything , but perhaps Humilation!

You can certainly ask him not to ever do that again.

That was wrong if he did in fact enter your files.
