There were seven of us who started working on the same day. Five were under 25 years of age, I am 40, and the other is 53. In the four months since our jobs began, the 53 year old and I have noticed that management has been giving preferential treatment to those younger employees, and they are already being given permanent desks (we've all been "floating" July). I really think that is a sign of age discrimination. What say you?
