Angry work Harassment by the director of my work

I am from Queensland Brisbane having trouble in my work place.
I started to work as a childcare assistant of ABC and since I started everything was fine.
But once I started as permanent the things started to change.
I handed my resignation letter on 31st of July to finish on 31st of October to give them enough time to find another assistant.
Then my boss sent the letter to pay roll and they made a mistake by thinking that I was going to leave on 31st of July and they paid me leave payment and I lost my loading and my holiday's payments.
Then they decide that I had to deposit that amount of money (leave payment) back.And I did that!
But in about three weeks ago the director and the staff of this center started to make things very difficult for me.Once asking me to do things that was not my responsibility to do( I was working as Group Leader),as coming in my room when I was with 22 children and an assistant that were totally lost and could not control the children,the room was a complete mess and I was trying to organize it and at the same time control the children,then my director got in the room and asked me to wash the dishes.I said that I was going to do it as soon as I got everything organized,then she said that I had to do it immediately.
I sent my assistant to do it as she could not conbtrol the children.
Then my Director came with the assistant and the dishes and said to me that she ask me to do it,not her!
Then I said "but the room is a mess,the children are out of control and that I was the Group Leader then I had to stay with the children.
Then I was very upset and had to live the room to wash it up. I become so nervous and stressed that I went to the toilet vomiting and with diarrhea. In the same afternoon,after I work nine and I half hours( less one hour for lunch), and not feeling well,a staff came from inside (we were at the playground) and sat down at the chair after disappeared for more then twenty minutes and asked me to help to pack up the playground.As I was very stressed, I did not accepted the fact the she sat down on the chair while instructed me to do things,as I was working half hour more than I should because they did not have enough staff for the ratio.Then I neglected to do it saying that I had enough that day and I would not do it! Then she whent straight to the Director to make a complaint about me.
When she came back,I was helping to pack up the playground because I felt sorry to the others staff that were doing it by themselves.
After I packed up I said to one of the staff that I was going to get a bottle of water.But as my accent is not an Australian accent they tend to make fun of my accent saying:"oh,got and get a cup of water""I need a cup of water".
To me, it was a reducle of my accent.I felt discriminated.
Then I left to go home and this girl came to me and said that she was going to make I formal complaint about me to the General Manager because I refused to pack up the playground.
As I was so upset after they imitaded me that I said I did not care if they fired I would be happy.Then I left.
But after I got home I could not sleep the whole night with diarrea and vominting.Then I went to the doctor and explained to him how stressed I was.The doctor gave me two days to be at home and said if it was necessary he could give me more days to recover.On my view to work with children you have to be a hundred per cent.
Then I called my director on Thusrday night saying that I was felling better about the vomiting and diarrhea that I could be working on Fryday.Then she treated me with contempt and said that I could not go to work unless I had a clearance letter from the Doctor and also she said that from the next week I would not be working there.Then she transferred me to work my last week( as under pressure I revised my resignation to finish on 26th of September 2008) in another centre.But she did not say to me the time and the day that I would go there.
Then on Fryday's 19th of September I went there to have a chat with her about my situation and as she was under staff she said to me to go home and that I was not right to be there.
But she again treated me with contempt saying that she would not talk to me about anything.
I have made an effort to disscuss our grivances and this was denied emphatically.
Then I become angry with the way that she treated me,and insted go home I walked after her saying that I would not leave until she speak properly with me.
I regret about that action as I should listen to her and go home.
But what I want with this letter is apologize with her about any situation that I could cause,and just recive my rights as an employee.

Not sure you can legally force her to act differently unfortunately.

You can of course refuse to work there any further or seek higher management to become involved and review this--in fact that may be worthwhile first step if you want her reprimanded.
