Angry Fired for discrimination

I filed a claim with EEOC for wronfully fired for my age and gender. EEOC did not found enough evidence either way and advise of my rights to follow with a law-suit. I have 90 days from 8/30/08 to do it. How can I do that I have no money and lawyers decline helping me?

I'm 62 years old. It's been a year since I was terminated, I relocated for this job (The Projects duration is about 5 years), they replaced me with a younger male after 9 months but they claim another person loosing his job and that they have to give my job to him. They claim lay-offs but they were hiring personnel at the time and this particular field office kept atquiring more Contracts. This company is a multi Billion $ company that had been declaring high profits in 2007.

The person who replace me was there when I was terminated with no previous notice. I met him, he was rehired after been in the military (that's good, but they did have to terminate me). He was there waiting for me to clean the desk to occupy it. Thisis more than proof, why can they claim that somebody else occupy my job and get away with it.
Help!!!!

Default Re: Fired for discrimination

It is by far best if you can find counsel that approves your case and will file for you.

But if you cannot do that or time is short etc. try contacting world law direct on their home page and ask if they will help you prepare papers to file. They may do so pro bono or for a minor fee.

You can also ask the dept of labor if they could help guide you with the filing--some are more helpful than others there.
