Discrimination
Is there any form of discrimination if an employer pulls only your attendance records and nobody elses when there are other employees with bad attendance records an your the only one that gets pulled and caoched because you complaned about another employee an the management is trying to force you into another job

If you were not fired or other action was not taken it is not normally a legal issue of they choose to discuss that record with you.
