My administration's management style is to target a teacher, and then produce documents and other materials to come to a predetermined outcome. They have been proven to fabricate or misrepresent "facts" to back up their actions.
Recently at a Level II Grievance hearing before an independent hearing officer and after having been sworn in by a Court reporter, the principal lied. At the time her statement seemed reasonable, but after the hearing and checking with people she claimed to have been quoting, none of them knew what she was talking about, and as such a complaint would have meant a teacher went to her and complained about himself was obviously not a true statement made under oath. The hearing is over except for the hearing officer's decision. I have been told that even though her perjury is provable now, we have to wait for the decision before doing anything. If the principal lied under oath, wouldn't her lie influence the decision which could render it incorrect, and should not the officer be informed of this before he submits a decision based on that lie? |
