Exclamation Internet Forum Bullying - punitive damages?

i am being bullied/threatened by a forum moderator that unless i abide by
his personal rules (not explicitly stated forum rules), my posting
privileges will be removed. the site is owned by an international renowned
auction house and is a landmark site within that particular field. i am
being treated unfairly as i abide by all forum posting rules but find my
posts removed without valid explanations. i would like to see if it would
be possible for me to claim punitive damage in a civil court for the insults
i have suffered. i also benefit from the site financially by using my
posting privilege in a normal manner. now that a \"different set of rules\"
have been implicitly erected for me by this moderator, i feel that i am
suffering financially as a result as well.

do i possibly have a case?
