Default Has ebay violated an internet law?

A while ago I was browsing ebay for motorcycle parts when I came across a slew of listings with pornographic images. Has ebay violated any laws here? It's a public website and I would think they should be required to screen all images before they get posted. I was very offended and disgusted by the material. It was not softcore material. I have younger brothers and sisters whom my parents do a good job of shielding from that kind of material on the internet. But they get on ebay all the time and I know that I along with my parents would be very angry if the younger ones were exposed to that kind of material on what is supposed to be a safe website. I have everything saved on my computer showing the date and time the images appeared on ebay. Is this worthy of a lawsuit or am I getting worked up over nothing?

You are getting worked up by nothing, forget about it and pray that ebay doesn't find you..
