I own a smal business which is an online game. I use irc for chat for my users. The hosting company that hosted my IRC chat went out of business so I moved to a new host. Now AOL is redirecting every one of my customers that is on thier internet service to an IRC server they own and banning them from that server therefore no one on AOL can get to my IRC Chat. Communication betwen my members is a big part of my business. Can AOL legally do this?
