libel, slander, defamation of character on world law forum

I have been libeled in this forum, there was also slander , defamation of character. But the worst was the invasion of my privacy somebody posted all of my personal information including friends family and neighbors. I tried to contact World Law Direct at each of their email addresses and phone numbers but they will not return my emails or phone calls. Any ideas, lawyers...ect...

If someone publicly says or writes anything factually untrue and it damages you, you indeed can sue for slander, libel, defamation, interference with business relations etc. -- or at least threaten to do so and give a warning.

Email World law on their home page and if need be pay the minor fee to discuss in detail with a lawyer privately if you wish.

You can subpoena the info and locate the poster--the poster can be made to be liable if defamatory.

There is a procedure for removal of info you did not post.

Email World law and they will outline the procedure within 24 hrs. I think you have to do it by email and fax.

Yeah they told me I had to fax them a letter under penality of perjury before they will remove anything. When at least the personal part is very obvious. Do you think World Law Direct could be held liable?

Not really but you could research it. People can report fraud and can say who they think it is, but they can be liable if they same something untrue.

Were you accused of fraud? or what happened?

Well I sent them the letter they requested and now they seem to be ignoring my emails. I don't understand how they can allow this to go on their site.
I have a lawyer working on this now and hopefully I can get this resolved.
I tried to contact WLD ISP and found that it is in the Czeck republic. So no luck there. I willing to pay anybody that can get this removed ASAP.

I am sure they will work with you to remove it within a day or so if it is improper material.

They cannot just remove somebody's else's post without reviewing the issue first.

Why did the poster post about you--what is the issue?

My name and business was slandered on a complaint site it said they are suspicious of me and I practice fraud I know that every email had an IP Address behind a posting can the webmaster always see who posted it? Does anyone know here?
