WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PEOPLE TAKING NUDE PICTURES AND POSTING THEM ON MODELING WEBSITES AND THEN THE ARTISTIC PICTURES.

ON MODELING SITES IS THERE A RULE AGAINST OFFENSE PICTURES, IF SO HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT GETTING THEM REMOVED OR REPORTING THE PERSON

If it violates local obscenity laws it is likely that the ISP will remove it if you ask them too. They don't want illegal material there.

But adult sites in general cannot be prohibited.

As long as the produces has all the title 18 sec. 2257. age verification documents the pictures are legal...
If you don't like the pictures don't look at them
