this is optical guru again! so how can you prove someone took a nude pic and posted it on a website, you cant print the pic because it says its blocked. the person took a full frontal nude pic in front of yankee stadium.
they also used the name red socks as a heading for it, the photographer admits to taking the pic and said the person wanted to use red socks in rival of the yankees. someone told me its illegal and this person can be breaking 245.01 of new york penal law code, if they are how do you press charges against this person and what is the penalty. the picture is truly vulgar and used not to represent anything other than the person. thank you for your help this is the best website ever. |

You can file a police report and the police will investigate. Lying to a police officer is a crime so the person would have to commit perjury.
