Confused Stalker Pics posted again wishes amidst labor dispute to show sides!

Ok...I hope someone knows! We live in California. My husband's Labor Union is striking in support of another Union's issues.
He has chosen to work.
We were made aware today that a fellow worker, who IS striking, followed him around this morning and took pictures of him that he then posted on FB and sent out to a "SCAB" website.
Is this legal for him to basically stalk my husband and then post his picture publicly for any crazy to see and respond to????
I've asked him to take them down as well as the site he sent them to but have gotten no response. I told them both that my next correspondence would be with the Union itself and then the Sheriff.
Do we have any rights here??

Thanks for help!

I wish to inform you that you can give a notice to other party. If however after notice the person does not stop its activities then you may inform law enforcement agencies. Further if your husband has been defamed or his privacy has been affected then compensation can be claimed by him. If pictures were taken in a private place then its breach of privacy.

I would like to say that contact a lawyer in your area to discuss your workplace privacy right concerns. A lawyer will be able to tell you about relevant state privacy laws which apply to your situation and how you can protect yourself.

Strike breakers have been called "scabs" since unions first began. Taunting outside the place of work and having to run a gauntlet of angry workers is par for the course.

Where his picture has been posted on the net, they may be holding him up to more than ridicule, but the danger of violence. It is a touchy situation, but I cannot see anything illegal they have done. Strike breakers have had their photos in newspapers since Reds days but unless there is an act of violence against a person, no action is taken.
