Paymentwall gave my account to another guy

Hello WLD, i have a problem with Paymentwall.

I'll start by explaining my problem from the beginning:

Me and 2 other "friends", ex friends now decided to run some game servers for fun, the problem is that the hosts where expensive and because of that, i decided to make an account on Paymentwall so that players could donate/buy points etc in the game, helping us keeping the servers up.

Everything was going well until i saw one of my ex partners use that same money that was for pay and invest on more and better hosts for him self, for example use like 800 usd on itunes :/, all from my moneybookers account, where i reported already.

He had access on that account because since the paymentwall account was mine, the money was send to my bank and then i uploaded it on MB so they also had access to that money.

Anyway, i broke with him when i found out those expenses and decided to run the servers by my own, but there's when the real problem with paymentwall comes.

So where we where together, the accounts used with hosts and websites where shared but some owned by me and others owned by him so there was no need to make new accounts but because he owned some of the accounts (website hosts), paymentwall thought it was right to give him MY paymentwall account with all the money inside.

Even if i owned the hosts from where the game was running and even the last site we had, that was not enough, the other site (which also had my name in the staff too) was enough for me to lose my account, giving that thief easy money... I even told them to split the money if necessary but they just ignored me...

The account still has around 5k-6k usd and they gave it to him with open arms without even think 2 times.

The account was 100% mine, it had all my info (id with photos, tax, bank account) and yet they take and give it someone else.

I don't thing is very legal to take your account and give it to someone else like that, its the same if a bank takes your account and gives it to your boss because the money you own came from him??

I wish to inform you that the money in Payment wall belong to you and they cannot give to any other person. In this regard you can first send a demand notice to Paymentwall. If they fail to act then a lawsuit can be filed in court for recovery of money. You may also inform law enforcement agencies and have criminal proceedings against Paymentwall and other accused.

Let me put some spot lights at some stuff you don't know

Gaining Money By Breaking ANY company Copyrights can lead you to a Sue with over 100,00 $ otherwise Jail

You can't change what you just said . you said its fully yours . and by that you are saying " I broke the copyrights of the "Example" Company and manged to make some illegal profits . "

And since you are opening the fire on a big company like payment wall with weak proves just text and stories , they can use almost everything to stop you so they can even lead you to jail from that money you are claiming its yours .

So before opening a huge fire with almost no proves at a big company like paymentwall you have to think wisely before doing that .

If you continue what are you doing you will have to face a big sue or jail threat .

I was really shocked reading that , Not because the full lies that filled your story , but
it is the first time to know that you are a good affecting writer .

Don't forget that you was only our accountant and all the work was made by the owners which not included you .
And about payment wall , they didn't just give the money they made tons of investigation to know who is the real owner and as i said its not you . even all the network team said you are not the owners , we have live proves / servers / hosts / everything , what you have to prove ? tax form ? lol .

The Truth is the money isn't yours it was all of us and when you tried to steal it we fired you .

Payment wall is a perfect company and has nothing to do with what happened it was our network problems not theirs and they did the right things , 2 Weeks of investigation we proved tons of stuff and Ruben proved nothing .
