Defamed in a blog; I am the victim of a deranged blogger

I am the victim of a deranged blogger. He has created a blogsite out of hate for a certain person who owns an Internet forum.
I was a member in this Internet forum and also posted Info about my business in there, which revealed my name.

Now the Cypertroll makes blogs about me in libelous and defamatory ways. He does not know me, bu publishes edited emails, Facebook pages and chat conversations of me (i tried to calm him and he at first reacted positive, so i was friendly, but how big was my error) photos of anywhere in the internet and posts of forums i participate in.

I was already able (with other victims of him too, similar cases) to take down most of the offensive material at "wordpress", but the most "stable" at blog.com is only answered by the stereotype " We are not responsible..., please get a court order)
I would have no problems getting a court order, but my country of residence is Philippines, My Country of Origin is Germany, the blogger sits in France and the blog host is in the US.
No local attourney can handle this and Int'l ones are simply to expensive.

Anyone has an idea?

I wish to inform you that you can give a notice to other party that you can file a suit for defamation and obtain court orders that all defamatory statements must be removed and compensation for loss caused to you must be paid. You must be having the evidence and contact details of the person who has defamed you so that you can seek relief from court.

If he is posting facebook pages and emails then he is not defaming you as this info is accurate. Can you clarify why you feel defamed if the info is accurate?

Ok.
He has a blog and posts an intro written by him.
Then he copies/pastes PARTS of emails facebook conversation which look matching to what he is accusing me of.

He also edits emails and facebook messages and then, after editing, screenshots them to make them appear genuine.

All in all a real criminal in my eyes.

As mentioned, a court order from the Philippines, where i live, against a french blogger in a US company are a little difficult to obtain. Personal emails to him to stop this practise were just used to get an "email header" and then he rewrote the contents to publish defamatory nonsense.


The blogger does this "game" since 7 years, i am just his latest victim in a long list of others. the blog now includes somewhat 20 people, ALL of them are not even known by the Troll blogger.

The blog posts are lies and/or defamatory statements.
And some are also direct insults actually.
The he writes his own blow comments under several alias, pretending that he know me.
Real sick.

He also makes assumptions or suggestive remarks which would mislead a reader.

And mixes content of true news articles about completely different persons, and therefore indirectly accuses me to be the same as them.

As said, he does not know me, never met me, he just picked me out of an Internet Forum where he got banned years ago.

How would i contact you,send an email directly to your company with reference to this forum ?
And how much does this costs ? I am aware that there are commercial companies doing this, but in the "western World" this is usually in hard $ and i live and have my income in the third world.

Or is there a possibility to "charge" the blogger, as this would be the case in Court Proceedings?
