Unhappy Unauthorized use of photos online (on a type of porn site)

Ok, where do I start? I'll make this short and to the point and explain more as we go here...

Just found out earlier that on May 29th, 3 photos were posted online on a type of porn site that have my best friend and I [not naked]...2 are strictly of my best friend and 1 is of the two of us. Now, my name is not listed, however HERS IS...Her first name and last initial. We don't know WHO has done this, but it is a site that is for anonomous posters per sey. The direct link tot he page that we are on is : Florida
As you can see, these are very disturbing photos of females...while some may have posted them knowingly, you can tell by the captions, quite a few more than likely have NO IDEA they are on this site....and this page I have shared is only 1 of the MANY MANY MANY pages on here...just look to the left and scroll down and you'll see all the different discusting things! I have tried to contact the site's email to report them and have them removed but all I get is a page immediately that states I have been banned for being rude..
Someone please help me with how to get these removed asap!
If you do a search on the page [ctrl + F] and type Kimberly M. , you will see the three photos I am speaking about. The one with both of us in it was just us years ago having fun at a halloween party...still, have NO IDEA who did this, but they are MY photos that I have on my computer...we are thinking it is someone who knows my best friend [kimberly m] because we figured if this person knew me, my name would have been there as well. What do you think?

I would like to say that protecting your online photos from pirating can be an ongoing challenge in today’s digital climate. Educating the public on your website can further ensure the security of your images, since many people are unaware that using your images without permission is a crime.

You can write the webmaster of that site as well as the host company and advise these photos were posted without your permission and you want them taken down immediately. Or else will seek legal action.

I have also learned some images of myself and girlfriend were pirated from our cell phone provider and used on the internet in this way. I was told by another person that there were no laws against this and am wondering if this is true and if not what i can do to get them removed legally

Who was given these pics? If you sent these pics to someone they may have posted them and since you gifted them its likely legal. Now if you or your friend posted the picures on any website facebook etc they become public domain. You need to research these things

. who did you or friend gift these pictures to if anyone?
. what website did you or your friend post these picures on if any?
. did anyone you sent pictures to post them anywhere?
. did anyone other than yourself or friend have access to pictures did either of you grant this access?
