threatning image on myspace

Someone put a picture of my 6 month old daughter on their myspace and put "wanted dead" underneath of it. i was just wondering if there was ANYTHING at all that could be done about it. I contacted the police they said they were working on it but its been 3 weeks now and nothing has been done. And then i seen him on the street and he tried to fight me i called the cops and they didnt do anything about it. Thank you.

You can report that to the police; that is a crime.

Andrew, obviously this guy needs to be put away. Although the picture of your baby on his my space is disgusting and definetly a threat. I doubt anything will happen to your baby as this is the work of a coward.

My suggestion is get together some cash and pay someone to kick the ever loving **** out of this guy. I would put this in the emergency room category. Broken arms and legs, I guarantee after this date with justice this punk won't be threatening any babies for a long time. And hey guess what? They will both have to eat the same mushed up baby food albeit him through a feeding tube.

Well, i did report this to the police the night that it happened and i even showed them the picture on my computer. But he said that there was NOTHING that they could do about it. Then the other day the boy that did this tried to jump me with about 10 other people so once again the police did NOTHING. They told me that they were still working on the myspace thing but that was nearly 4 weeks ago. So apparently they arent to worried about it.

File a complaint with the chief of the dept and call the DA to dicuss as well. That may help escalate it.
