Security with PayPal Payments
I have been hearing about credit card scams with PayPal accounts sending fraudulent payments. I am wondering if there is a way to ask paypal to call the account holder and authorize the payment before proceeding shipping out an expensive product? Is there a way to request a service like this?

As regards security for Seller it is submitted that in User PayPal Agreement Point 11 provides about "Protection for Sellers". It deals comprehensively as to how payments by PayPal get secured. Further, Point 12 of the User PayPal Agreement deals with "Unauthorized Transactions". Moreover, Point 13 deals with "Protection for Buyers". In combination Point 11, 12 and 13 collectively cover methodology of controlling scams or frauds by PayPal in sale and purchase.
