Please help me with this problem!! I am scared! I worked for a Real estate company for several years. I purchased and register the companys name as my domain/website approx.6 years ago. Since then the company has sold to other individuals.
> My domain/website was not included within the sale. I am still an employee of a parent company, and received an email basically saying if I don\'t transfer the domian name to them they are going to file a complaint with ICANN and legally take it away from me with "no hard feelings". I was also threatend with my job in a round about way.I have parked the domain name and nothing was ever said about this until the new owners. Do I have any rights? I have owned this for several years and feel as though they are trying to bully me or exhort me. I have not used this domain in any bad faith and have continued to renew my domain. Thank you for any advice and suggustions. > Michele Last edited by michele32720; Sep 2nd, 2009 at 07:06 PM. Reason: changes |

You normally cannot keep a domain with your present or former company's name...is that what you are trying to do?
