Starting an international online business

My name is Alex and I have a few questions. I am currently living in the US and am working on starting an internet business. Now, I understand that I need to get a business license and register in the city where I live but I plan to permanently move to Hong Kong in 1.5 years. So this will raise the first question. Do I simply re-register in Hong Kong? Also, this business provides a design service and we will be working internationally on projects from other companies located all over the world. Is there anything special I need to do based on this international factor? Furthermore, all of my employees live in Hong Kong and China. What do I need to do regarding this issue while I am in the US? What should I register this business as, Lts. LLC.....? I would appreciate any advice regarding this issue. Thank you for your time.

The questions I ask are all relating to legal documents and actions I need to complete in order to have a legal structure in my business. Just thought I would clarify as many might think I am asking what to do with the business.
