I wasn't sure if I should post this question here or in the copyright section.
I help run a forum that has an adult content section, where members are currently allowed to upload pictures and videos, or paste links to them. Often people will upload pictures and videos from other websites, my question is is this any way an infringement of copyright laws? Could the forum get in trouble for allowing images/videos and links from other websites? |

You can be liable if you encourage it or do not take reasonable steps to stop it.
