goods failed to arrive

Hi
I purchased online from an American website some goods which I have not received. It has been over 3 months and my emails are ignored when I ask when will I receive my goods or requesting a refund. What can I do.

Sorry for your difficulties. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (United States and Canada BBB Consumer and Business Reviews, Reports, Ratings, Complaints and Accredited Business Listings) as well as the Federal Trade Commission (Federal Trade Commission). If that does not work, then I am afraid you will need to speak with legal counsel. I know that WLD has attorneys all over the globe, so if you visit their main page you can request referrral information. Given the lack of response on the part of the company thus far, conferring with a lawyer is probably the only thing that will bring relief. Hope this works out for you soon. AJJ
