slander and defamation
my husband's ex girlfriend has posted a blog/editoral that defames us in so many ways, it also list our home address and the phone number and address of my in-laws. She is upset because her kids that she has with my husband were removed from her and put in foster care and now we are getting custody of them through ICPC.
My question is what can we do to cease this activity of posting lies of us on the internet, we contacted the site and they refused to remove it, based on the whole freedom of speech act? Any help would be deeply appreciated!!! |
