author rights

author rights
State Michigan - Two weeks ago i give the author rights for one of my text to be published on one website, and today i decided to ask admin of that website to remove my text because is lots of bed comments which content is not about my text, and admin rejected to remove my text even i never sign any Publisher Rights or any other agreements. Please help, i ask him today 4 times and he rejected all 4 times.
