I have never uploaded any music into a P2P site, but I have downloaded music (typed in the name of the song or the artist), then clicked on the song to download it. Those songs I have put on my ipod. Is TAKING songs from the P2P networks illegal, just like UPLOADING songs to the P2P networks?
