Malta and USA
Is it possible that text messaging using rude suggestive language comes under harrassment and could come under the term harrassment . If so what is the penalty should the person be taken to court ? Is it a legit case ? |

Yes, it could -- but that depends upon the jurisdiction and the particulars. You should save the text message and take it to your local police department. They can view it and determine whether there are grounds for a criminal investigation. Hope it works out. AJJ
