sue avis in small claims

I orders an Avis car for 385 a week and when the bill came it was 546...I asked them if this was the total cost when I ordered.

Can I sue in small claims?

You can do so if they really did switch the price on you.

I also had a billing dispute with them. I may also file in small claims and will let you know here how that works out. Just found this on google.
