chain email legal?
I received an email that had 6 other email addresses on it. The letter said to send $1. To all 6 people via paypal with a letter that says “please add me to your mailing list” and then take the first off the list and add your email on the bottom moving everyone up 1. I was jut wondering if this was legal or not.
I heard it was legal because you are paying the 6 people for a place on there mailing list |

Any chain letter type variation is illegal---avoid!
