Suing an internet company..

Ok, so I literally JUST joined this forum. So I apologize in advance if someone has already confirmed on this topic previously..

I have this internet company that is CONSTANTLY sending me emails to both my Inbox and Spam folders. I'm talking about 3 or 4 a day.

I have sent them emails requesting and demanding that they stop emailing me, sort of like asking to be put on the "Do Not Call" list with a telemarketer.

I still recieved numerous emails from them..
I again told them to quit emailing me and that I would sue/pursue legal action if the emails continued..

Today, I checked, and 2 more emails from them.

So thats the background.. Is there anything I can do here, legally?

Well you technically can sue them but it is costly etc. and you don't gain much normally.

Best perhaps to simply turn on your filters and send any email from them to the trash.
