Slander
A lady is threating to sue me for a negative comment I posted on her guest book web site and for an email I sent someone who asked me about the comment. Is her law suit valid?

Normally not. What did you say? You are allowed to give a negative opinion but cannot say somethng factually untrue that then damages her severely as well.
