lineage 2,II,L2 Banned account over account discovered violating the User Agreement

Hello everyone,

I am delighted to find you forums. I am very upset over a false claim NcSoft is making over my Lineage 2 account.

They are claiming in their first e-mail that:
This mail is to notify you that your account was discovered violating the User Agreement by involvement in accessing another users account and removing items.


After 2 phonecalls from me that I think made me become a burden on them.. they said:
We have thoroughly reviewed your response in regards to the termination of your account. After careful consideration of the all information available to us, including that which was from you, from our support staff, and from the logs of the Lineage II service, we must inform you of our final decision in this matter is to permanently close this account.

My friend that gave me the items they are claiming were scammed were given to me by my friend who got her account back by NcSoft removing items and money from her account.

I neither scammed or done anything that violates the agreement with me knowing about it.

How can I get my account back? I have been playing this game 3.5 years I want my character and items back I have made such a huge effort to make them.

I know that the account belongs to them. Does the character itself belongs to me..... as an intellectual right or something?

Please help I am absolutely devastated
